Panamanian Tourism grows 5.7% the first two months of 2012

The Panamanian tourism grew by 5.7% during the first two months of2012, reported this afternoon the Tourism Authority of Panama (ATP).

Through a statement, the agency informed that there were 73 429 000visitors, representing 23 000 145 passengers compared to the same period last year.

Tocumen International Airport recorded an inflow of 265 000 999 duringthe first two months of the year with a growth of 19.9%.

The foreign exchange generated by tourism movement in January and February had an increase of 15.8%.
